Old fisherman's house completely tastefully renovated just above the typical small port of Merrien. 2 bedrooms with a double bed including one on the ground floor, 2 other bedrooms with 2 single beds, 2 shower rooms, 2 toilets and 2 living spaces: a dining room/ kitchen and a living / TV area upstairs. it's a unique place... right on the water ... it's not paradise but it looks like it do you like the sea? The apartment has a great view ... do you like the beach? put on the swimsuit and you're there. The apartment 50M2 (1st floor) is designed for 2 people but can easily accommodate 4 guests. somewhat atypical with its glass on the bedroom and with its sea view while brushing your teeth. Recently renovated apartment, very clear, very clean.
