Splendid new house with sea view

New house that can accommodate 4 people with a magnificent sea view. The beach is less than 5 minutes walk. The house consists of 2 bedrooms, bathroom and toilet on the ground floor and a spacious living room on the floor overlooking a magnificent sea view on one side and on the other side access to an enclosed garden with terrace. The house is close to the GR34 and the classified site of the Dourven. Locquemeau, small fishing village is close to the coast of Granit Rose.

At the tip of the harbour, after it is the sea, charming cottage feet in the water with very beautiful view. In a small port typical of this Brittany strong of its marine history. Pink granite, hiking trails, the GR 34 passes 300m from the cottage.
