The house is located in North Austin (Wells Branch neighborhood) near major highways MoPac Expressway & i-35. Discover several restaurants, a convenience store, community parks and community pool just a few minutes’ walk away from the house. Getting to downtown Austin is a 20-minute drive south. And The Domain which features 100 upscale and mainstream retail stores and restaurants, almost half of which are exclusive within the market, is located within a 10-minute drive. The Howard Train Station is a 6 minutes drive (and 25 minute walk) from my house and can easily get you downtown (final stop is by Austin Convention Center) and back.

Welcome to Blue Cowboy! Enjoy a peaceful stay at our central, art filled, one bedroom house. Two comfy queen size beds in the bedroom w high end bedding. We recently changed internet to Faster Fiber. All the basics and Many special touches (games, coffee, yoga mats, dog beds). A half a block away is Cosmic Coffee, Austin’s largest, outdoor coffee venue (outdoor coffeeshop/bar w/waterfalls, music, food trucks). Half a block away is South Congress, a cornucopia of shops/restaurants/bars.
