The Garden #7: Beautiful, new apt w/ kitchen & A/C!

Great newly remodeled apartment (2023)! It is on the first floor and has a comfortable king size bed, private bathroom with hot water, air conditioning, a 25'' TV, a hammock on the terrace and a private kitchen fully equipped with refrigerator, coffee maker, blender, etc. Very cool and cozy. We have very good fiber-optic Wi-Fi (30Mbps minimum) from Telmex and also from Starlink. At El Jardín we have more than 10 homes available on Airbnb, in case you are interested in any other option.

Walking distance from restaurants, shops and la punta beach, yet on a quiet street where you can get a break from the excitement. The sunsets from the rooftop palapa are unbeatable, and the breeze and shade make for a very comfortable stay. Enjoy the open-air living space with ceiling fans and plenty of natural air movement as well as air conditioning in the bedrooms. This is one of two houses built on the same property that share a beautiful pool and garden area.
