Downstairs apartment, recently part renovated, fully equipped kitchen. Secure site, electronic key entry, night watchman. Wall-safe in unit. Private WiFi 3.3 mbps, cable TV. 32" TV. Queen-size bed, air conditioning (not included in price). Floor and ceiling fans, mosquito netting on all windows and doors. . Bathroom with shower over bath. No smoking.
