It’s a house. On Lake Windsor. With a dock made to party. Kayaks? 2 of those. Paddle board, Fishing? Yup, Hot tub/swim spa for the whole group? Yup. Fire pit too Whether you’re on vacation or off for a stay-cation - Lake living is hard to top. 10/10 would recommend. In full disclosure: our honest review below: “The house - as far as finishes go, is mediocre at best. Does it do the job just as well though? Absolutely. The dock - 10/10 The view - 10/10 Location - 10/10 Memories: Priceless

Dollar General store is two blocks :-) our little river town on the border Seneca is only 5 miles. Neosho is 8 miles . We’re literally central to reach in 1 hour BellaVista Arkansas, 1 hr to Grove, Oklahoma or 25 min to Joplin Missouri, and It’s a great place to visit ..just look at my guide. There is literally lakes and rivers all around us..
