This cozy studio cottage (lovingly called the Writer's Cottage) at Stemple Creek Ranch in West Marin is a sweet retreat. New construction, completed in 2017, it features serene quiet at night, bird viewing, and relaxing. Walk into town or head for the beaches from here. (It is not in Bolinas, online maps services are still confused about this fact)
