Forget the worries at this great place-it's an oasis of tranquility! Located in an area very close to everything, just 50 meters away is a beautiful river/seafront promenade. 15 minutes from the best beaches and 10 minutes from the city center, the nearest supermarket is 3 minutes away. In the area there is a great variety of restaurants and breweries. Very close by, is the Monastery of San Martiño de Juvia, which dates back to the 10th century.

Simple, charming little house on the Artabra coast: landscapes, food, climate, art… And, perhaps most importantly, by the sea: walking, swimming, sailing, surfing, biking, golfing (Miño Club de Golf 5 minutes away). 5 minutes walk from one of the best beaches in Spain. Very safe for children. Surrounded by the sights. Pontedeume, Fragas del Eume, Betanzos and Sada at 10 minutes. A Coruña y Ferrol 20 minutes. Santiago de Compostela, 45 minutes.
