There is a gated driveway and wooded acreage with trails for early morning walks. With an easy 35 minutes to enjoy your day on the Emerald Coast, you have the luxury of being away from the hustle and bustle. Of course, you could also just lounge around the *heated* pool and hot-tub all day! Note: pool is not heated December, January and February.

The Blue house

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Near restaurants, beaches lakes and more. You can enjoy a big yard during the day and a beautiful, peaceful bone fire at night. Small pets allowed, 20 pounds or less:) NO SMOKING INSIDE PROPERTY, $50 PENALTY There will be a $20 charge per hour if you stay after check out time, check-out time is 11:00AM. This house is located on a quaint street within walking distance to downtown Pensacola. Walk two blocks to the Pensacola Bay Center.
