The cottage is located in a natural garden, with small "beach" and natural pond, on the Lutherweg. It is 6 km to Karl's adventure village, 4 km to the city center of Döbeln. Enjoy the quiet nights in the comfortable 1.80 m double bed and wake up in the morning with birds chirping. There are 3 rooms (eating/sleeping, small children's bedroom, bathroom with open shower) The house is well insulated and heatable, therefore highly recommended for winter.

Your neighborhood is newly renovated and furnished with a lot of love. Holiday apartment in the nature reserve & close to the city

5min to the motorway, only 20km to Chemnitz, 60km to Leipzig, 90km to Dresden and yet in the middle of an oasis of nature, streams and ponds, meadows and forests, peace and the relaxing sound of the water. The apartment is far away in the middle of the forest! Please do not rate us as 4 or less stars because of the idyllic & quiet location. Thank you.
