beautyful Apartment at the sea

we say welcome! Our beautyful Apartment is located on the seaside of a large lake called the "bodden". You only have to walk about 10 minutes to reach the baltic sea and its endless sandy beaches! Its very quiet out here, no streets, no shopping malls... perfect for relaxing and find yourself! Our apartement has 3 rooms (2 Bedrooms and 1 living room with kitchen) and 1 bath with shower. Overall you have 45 squaremeters. The kitchen is fully equiped with everything u need. also you have a SAT-TV and a stereo. Parkingspace is right round the corner. We have very good restaurants round here, everything reachable by bike! Enjoy one of the most beautieful areas from Germany with a glass of wine in your hand while watching the sun goes down... even in summer or winter! We hope to welcome you and your friends soon! The holiday home is located in Prora (near Baltic Sea resort Binz). The apartment is about 42m2 in size and maximum suitable for a family with a larger child or an infant or max. 3 adults. One SZ, living room with kitchen and a bathtub are provided. Parking space for CARS in the carport (for a fee), separate sitting area with BBQ. To the beach about 5 minutes walk. The apartment was newly furnished and renovated in early 2015. In the fall of 2017 and in the fall of 2018 and 2020, there was a partial modernization.

Loissin ist mit seiner unbekannten und sehr natürlichen Küste ein Geheimtipp, ein versteckter Ort. Das Haus mit Garten ist nicht einsehbar und verfügt über ein Klavier, einen Kamin und WLAN. Wechsel immer freitags.

There is a flat screen, wifi and a small kitchen as well as a shower/toilet. The balcony has windows, so you can enjoy the view of the Baltic Sea even in bad weather. The beach promenade can be reached in 1 minute, the harbor is about 10 minutes walk. From the train station you can reach us in about 30 minutes. There is a bus stop or bike rental nearby. The car park is located directly at the house. The spa tax in the high season is 1.50€/day/adult, otherwise 1.00€.

Exceptional cottage in the small district of Kuhle directly at the northernmost point of the Wieker Bodden with great views of the Bodden and the fishing village of Wiek, large child-friendly property (1400m²) and direct access to the kite, surf and fishing area over the small Kuhler harbor! Here you can spend a holiday with relaxation, biking, fishing, swimming, diving, kiting, surfing, horseback riding and also art and culture in the still quite original Rügen.
