Sweet Lil Blue • Cute and Cozy

This partially above ground basement apartment is cute and cozy. It's decked out with my own photography and local literature. Clean linens, basic toiletries, basic condiments, coffee and tea are there for you. I know this city and can recommend all the great things for whatever your heart desires. Located close to all amenities, on main bus routes and only a 9 minute drive from the airport! Just a 5 minute walk to beautiful Quidi Vidi Lake and a 15 minute trot to the east end of downtown. (Not recommended for people over 6ft tall!)

This stunning home is located in one of the most historic & whimsical areas of St. John's, known as The Battery. Every window has awe-inspiring views that bathe the space in lots of natural light. A wonderful getaway, minutes from the Signal Hill hiking trail & interpretation centre, and a quick walk to the heart of downtown. Each of the 3 beds (1 is a futon in loft) has an ensuite bathroom (with in-floor heating), which is great for larger groups. You won't want to leave this magical place.

I bought this house for it's excellent location. Churchill square is literally in my backyard with plenty of parks, walking trails, grocery stores, MUN, hospitals, restaurants, coffee shops and downtown all within walking distance. The property is on a quiet street in the middle of a busy area. The area is locally known as the 'golden triangle'.
