Dreamy home (Nicola - I - (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) "Villa Dolce" is a large and architectural dwelling, immersed in a very large park in the "heart of the Prosecco area" just 45 minutes by car from Venice and 60 minutes from Cortina D'Ampezzo. A warm and cozy house on three floors, carefully furnished: the ideal location to spend relaxing moments and a dream vacation. Accommodation: You will have 1 triple room, 2 double rooms, each with bathroom, complete with bathtub or shower, sink, bidet, 1 other room with "French" bed and toilet service, living room with fireplace Louis XV style, dining room, amusement lounge, kitchen, ATTIC with air conditioning, fireplace and living room. Air conditioning is only present in the attic as in the rest of the house the temperature is pleasantly cool thanks to the size of the rooms and their structural conformation. In the garden: you will have a wonderful park with monumental trees that will also allow you to have lunch outdoors or just read a good book, sitting in a comfortable lounge chair, while your children play in complete serenity. Man-Donna Split Toilet Services Dependance: Inside the annex you will find a fireplace where you can "grill" ( barbecue ) and spend pleasant evenings, sitting at the table, in full relaxation; cook available upon request. Information: The property is located in the center of the Prosecco D.O.C.G. area and is particularly convenient to reach Venice, which is 45 minutes away by road, or Cortina d 'Ampezzo which is 60 minutes away. Tenants must pay the tourist tax at the time of check-in: €1 per person per day for a maximum of five days of stay, excluding children under 14 years.
