Hello. It is a very convenient house for transportation right in front of Pyeongchon Station. It is right in front of Pyeongchon Station E-mart and Artemis Chapel Convention Wedding Hall, and it is a 2-3 minute walk from Pyeongchon Station Rodeo Street, and the house is located on a high floor, so the sunlight is good and the view is very good. It is 22 pyeong, and the bedroom and living room are separated, so it is convenient to live. You can also use an additional futon to sleep generously up to 6 minutes. There's a convenience store in the building, there's a bus stop right in front of the building, and you can use the parking lot. There are E-Mart and Nonghyup Hanaro Mart close by, so it's also a great place to buy groceries. By default, there is a queen-sized bed, and we offer a folding mattress and duvet set when additional guests book. If you have any questions, please feel free to message me:) Please let us know before your reservation if you are filming such as commercial photo shoots, shopping mall photo shoots, and more. This apartment is located a 3-minute walk from Exit 1 of Pyeongchon Station. All facilities, including toilets, are new because the house has been renovated. There is a living room and a bedroom with a space, a kitchen, and a toilet, and there is an additional bedroom. (Additional bedrooms are open from 3-person reservation, and additional bedrooms are not open for 2-person basic reservation!) If you have a reservation for 2 people and want to use the bedroom separately, please set the number of people as 3 and make a reservation!

thank you for having interest in our fancy house! we are very close from everland, it just takes 5min by car. if you are such a big group as like more than 10 people, this house is going to be a best choice for your trip. we have 15 beds that has consent plug each, beddings are really comfortable and clean. moreover, we have huge garden and deck that good place for party and barbeque.
