Luxury Beachfront House in Datça Nergisevi, Kumluk

Located on the sandy beach in the center of Datça, İskele neighborhood, our house is located on the beachfront, the building is 1 year old, newly furnished inside, has its own detached entrance, and is on the second floor of a two-storey house. There is no other apartment on the same floor in the building, it is very enjoyable to watch the sunrise and the full moon from the balcony. The beach in front of you is clean and you can comfortably bath in the sea. There is a mall on the main street, just 100 m away for shopping, and two free open parking lots very close by (100 m).

Our home is furnished with luxurious furniture. The lighting of the house is supported by modern and stylish lampshades.The house is directly opposite the sea, The front balcony has a sea view and the two terraces on the upper floor have a mountain view. Our house is 160 m2 and has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and toilet. There are 2 TVs, fridge and pine machine in the house. The house has an elevator, a generator, a water tank and a water booster, and also has an indoor garage. The house is 50-100 meters from the beach, Migros, cafe-restaurants, and the marina is 300 meters.

Serkan's garden house

Our house is 5-10 minutes on foot to the stony beach and the marina, the second floor of a house with a garden and the entrances are separate. I and my mother and father live downstairs, so our house can be called a family business. The house is in one of the most popular,safe, gurgling and traffic-free neighborhoods of the dataca for holiday, it is very clean and very close to the city park. Although we rent the second floor of our house, you can benefit from the facilities offered by our garden.

It has an independent entrance and a patio and large garden. 3 km away from various bays and beaches and 6-7 km to the center of Datça (5-10 minutes by car) Air conditioning and television (digiturk) are available. a tennis court and a small cafe in the front part of the house.
