It's made up of mostly natural materials. This cottage is accessible and suitable for people with disabilities. A wooden staircase leads to a loft area that sleeps a flatbread, alongside a bedroom with a balcony and views of the lawn, is also a playground for extra relaxation.

It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.
