Apartment of about 35 sqm with sleeping loft. Bunk bed on the bottom and 140cm double bed on sleeping loft. The price includes bed linen and towels. Kitchen with cooker,oven,microwave,dishwasher, fridge and freezer. DURING THE WINTER SEASON AGE LIMIT AT LEAST 25 YEARS (or in the company of the guardian) Private entrance and patio. Very central in the middle of the village, walking distance to everything. Suitable for two adults and two children or up to THREE ADULTS. The apartment is part of a private house with residents and therefore silence after 22:00 pm is a requirement. No parties!!

Your family will be close to everything when you stay in this centrally located home. A stone's throw from Åre village with its selection of restaurants and stores. Walking distance to ICA, Coop, Systembolaget, Holiday Club, Jump Yard, Åre beach, Skidbussen, Train station etc. In the summer it is about 100 meters to the beach with barbecue area and skateboard park. Approximately 800-900 meters to Åre roller coaster that takes you to the ski system. Otherwise 300-400 meters walk across the bridge to the ski bus stop plastic.

Lakeside holiday home with mountain view

This wonderful guesthouse is located in perhaps the most beautiful spot in Sweden. Located directly on a lake and on the other side the beautiful forest. The house is on an island, but is accessible via a fixed road. The airport and the cozy city center of Östersund are only a 20-minute drive away. The lovely ski resort of Bydalen and Åre can be reached in less than 1 to 1,5 hour. Moose Garden is located within 5 km. In short, a dream place!

Cozy attached cottage close to central Östersund, Ski arena and nature. Here you'll be able to enjoy your own private space including covered deck, kitchen, bathroom, livingroom with a fireplace and a cozy sleeping loft. Please note that the ladder to the loft is steep and narrow. There's a cat and a dog living on the property so if you are allergic, this place is not for you. Parking included on the property.
