The place is at the end of a dead end road by a great beach and access to the big sea just around the corner. The area is perfect for recreation, water sports and fishing. Fiberglass dinghy and kayaks for free use. Remember life jackets. Bed linen (pillow cases, duvet covers and sheets, as well as towels) are included but must be put on and taken off by the tenant. Note: Double beds 2x120cm and 1x150cm. The home is cleaned before departure.

Large living room, with separate dining table for 10. TV and games. Water supplied from stream nearby. Cinderella incineration toilet. Guests must provide their own bed linen. Or this can be rented, costs NOK 100 per bed set. Guests are expected to be responsible for cleaning the cabin themselves.

Beian, lakefront location in Ørland

Our apartment is located on Beian in Ørland municipality. It is part of an apartment complex and we live in the complex ourselves. In the immediate vicinity is a great sandy beach, and nice hiking opportunities on foot, or by bike. We also rent out a boat (40hp/19ft) and a 9 seater car for extra charge.
