At the foot of the historic center and 2 steps from the lake

Relax in this quiet space centrally located. We are at the foot of the Historic Center. Lungolago, summer nightlife and supermarkets, all within 200 meters, all within walking distance. Free indoor parking. Very clean, with all the comforts including the newly installed air conditioning (hot-fridge). All the furniture is new, it's not a Venetian suite but nothing is missing. We are in a condominium that offers and asks for peace of mind. We hope we can live up to it.

Below the condominium is a beautiful free beach and very organized private establishment, enchanting transparent sea. The apartment has 5 beds, a very bright living room from a terrace where it is nice to eat. Fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with tub, washing machine, television, Wi-Fi. Ideal vacation for those with children who love sports.

The apartment is located in an historical palace in the very heart of the old town. Near to all monuments, shops and restaurants but extremely quiet and peaceful. The old town is a pedestrian area . The flat is at the second floor. There is a lift for luggage and wheelchairs. From the windows you can enjoy a wonderful view. The apartment has recently been refurbished to a very high standard and furnished with elegance and traditional Tuscan antiques.

Apartment "Prua" in San Vincenzo

Very central apartment, with two dining and livable balconies overlooking the port. Two bedrooms,one sea side with a double bed and a bunk bed, and one on the square side with a double bed, accessible from the stairwell of the building I own (see photo). Very close to every service...sea, groceries, pharmacy, various kinds. To spend a relaxing vacation, admiring our beautiful sunsets, sipping good wine.
