It consists of a double bedroom with a lounger, a kitchen, a living room with a double sofa bed and a basement cellar with 3 bicycles available. It is equipped with all the comforts (air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, TV) and a dining terrace facing the pine forest and sea. The house is located a few steps from the pedestrian course, children's games, supermarket and all the amenities.
