Situated in the Vale of York between the Yorkshire Dales and North York Moors, this cosy, modern guest annexe is in a central village location with excellent transport links. An oak framed loft apartment is above a large garage which is accessed by stairs with a balcony for tree level seating. The space is not attached to our house and has separate access. The pitched roof gives the apartment a feeling of space and light, with underfloor heating. The outside space is ideal if you want some fresh air. We are in a rural location with no amenities, although the nearest village is only two miles away. We would welcome all visitors, but we don’t accept children.

The Nook is a converted garage unit which is detached from our house with private entrance, outdoor seating area and key safe for entry. Accommodation comprises of living room/kitchenette, bedroom and wet room. Selection of breakfast cereals, tea, coffee, sugar and milk are provided to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Lovely 1 bed Annex with large open-plan kitchen

Skipton House Annex has plenty of character, rural charm and is ideally located near the A1 in-between North York Moors and Dales. Set over two levels, the large open plan kitchen/dining room, shower/loo and entrance hallway are on the ground floor with a living/TV room and bedroom up the spiral staircase on the first floor. There are French doors that open up to access the courtyard. The loo/shower is located on the ground floor and courtyard is shared with main house.

Three Tuns House Cottage is set in the village of knayton on the outskirts of Thirsk. it is situated 4 miles from Thirsk and 4 miles from Northallerton and is also close to the North Yorkshire Moors and is located on the national cycle route the village of knayton has a fantastic pub called The Dog and Gun, the pub is very friendly and has lovely Village atmosphere it does a great pint of real ale and the food is fantastic, and is a Stone throw from our Cottage.

Guests have a small private grassed area with a table and chairs. The cottage has dishwasher, washing machine and wood burning stove, all logs included. We do not accept pets. In summer, when the swing seat is out, guests have access to the main garden. The cottage has no internet connection but depending on your network, a good 3G or 4G signal can be accessed. We do not accept bookings from people who smoke or vape. Check in from 2pm, check out 10am.
