This privately owned and luxurious cottage is located above Akureyri with amazing view overlooking the town, fjord and mountains. Only few minutes away from town central. Three bedrooms, one with double bed and the others with two single beds. Modern and spacious kitchen and living room with large windows. Two bathrooms and laundry with washer and dryer. Hot tub inside with a large door to the balcony. Garden furniture and BBQ on the balcony. Northern lights and "ski out" during the winter.

The cottage is well equipped, has a new WIFI for guests to use, and quality mattresses made up with comfortable linen, soft towels and warm blankets. The area is extremely peaceful. In the backyard is a heated football court and a playground for kids.
