A lake house between Berlin&Potsdam

This is a classic rbnb. We rent our private spaces to private persons. Not to companies and fitters - please distance yourself from bookings that are not for you. Our holiday apartment is located directly on the lake, is renovated and equipped to a very high standard (approx. 90 sqm). There is a large double bed (200 x 200) and a sofa bed separated only by a cabin sliding door. (No noise insulation - therefore clairaudient). Mooring for boats by arrangement. It is 500 m to the Berlin village sign. To Wannsee train station 10 minutes by bus, and from there you can reach the main train station (Berlin) in 17 minutes. Please do not bring dogs. On TV, there is an Amazon fire TV stick with movies in German and English. Ancient cottage in village close to Spreewald

This is a 300 year old picturesque house in the countryside with ca. 250m2. Ideal for larger groups with up to 13 people, who can cook and eat together or play pool billard in the large living room which used to be a restaurant in former times. Located close to the famous Spreewald, you can go hiking, paddeling or do bike tours. The house has 3 ancient fireplaces and no central heating, but we provide electric fans. The kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher. 5 toilets, 2 showers.

Detached small house with about 70 sqm Living space for about 3 people and about 1300 square meters of fenced garden, please make the dog owners request in advance and plan an additional 8 euros per day. Leisure activities: Flaeming skate (bike+inliner) approx. 150 km distance length, Fläming Therme, Tierpark. Train connection and city center of the house in 5 min by bike. Berlin and Potsdam about 30-40 minutes by train. Spreewald, Tropical Island for about 1.5 hours.

Our house is located only 30 minutes from the center of Berlin, quietly on a protected landscape area . There is a direct access to the lake, where swimming is allowed, but which is usually only used as fishing waters. The house is renovated and technically up to date, including electric shutters, W-LAN, Netflix, PrimeVideo, Disney+ and all Sky packages. With wooden playground, hammocks, Hollywood swing, sun loungers and a large terrace for barbecuing.

The holiday home in Berlin was completely revised and redesigned in 2020 with the support of trend architect Jürgen Krüger within just seven months! In the approx.130 sqm, up to 10 people can stay on two floors. The entire house has separate air conditioning, WiFi & satellite TV in each living room and bedroom. We hope to have found a cozy and warm furnishing style with the renovations and that there is something for young and old!

120 km from Berlin in the Wartamündung National Park and the bird republic you will find this house. It is located on a big yard where we also live. This particular accommodation has its own style. The house is an open gallery home. There is no enclosed spaces except for the bathroom. The house is heated by a fireplace in the cold season. The glazed terrace captures the sun rays from spring to autumn and is gladly used.
