Welcome to our beautiful, well kept Cape Cod on a very private hill surrounded by 2+ acres of wildlife, trees and serenity. Park in front by the welcome sign. Enjoy the front porch where your entrance is located. Then use the key code to gain entrance into your private and secure apartment. The stairs lead to a bright and clean four room suite. Consisting of a fully stocked kitchenette, bath, king bedroom and great room with a workstation, breakfast bar, and comfy seating. Separate heat/air.

Built originally in the late 1800's and renovated by us in 1991, Yoder School became our home. In later years we converted part of the building into this peaceful getaway. Opportunities for outdoor activities abound. Fantastic road cycling with Strava routes start right here! Just a short drive away great mountain biking, hiking, cross country and downhill skiing, and white water rafting are yours to enjoy. Several unique and popular restaurants, and tennis and basketball courts are nearby.
