In a quiet area of 220m2, the house comfortably accommodates 18 people and two in couch spots. There's room for cars in the yard. Great public transportation. Close to a wide variety of outdoor sports facilities, a beach, and nature attractions. The house has a 70m2 covered cozy terrace where it's nice to hang out despite the weather. In the yard area, the possibility of a variety of games found on behalf of the house. A wood-burning outdoor sauna offers an enjoyable experience.

Cozy, clean apartment with private entrance. Fully equipped kitchen. You can heat your sauna daily, cool off on a secluded patio, barbecue (gas), and have a fireplace. Beds in bedrooms (160cm, 120cm). Living room sofa bed (140cm). Travel cribs for small children. Pets are welcome (be sure to let us know when booking). Atmospheric house on the banks of the Kemijoki River

On the scenic Kemijoki shoreline from Rovaniemi, about an hour drive, 65 km towards Kuusamo. I recommend renting a car. 75 m2 cottage with all amenities, two bedrooms, kitchen-living room, sauna, bathroom, porch and terrace. Near the cottage there is a (approx. 700 m) beach. Opportunities for snowmobiling, fishing, berry picking, hunting and camping. There is a boat landing point about 1.2 km away.

Santa's Hideaway is comfortable little house with beautiful and peacefull surrounding. It has kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, showerroom, sauna and toilet. During wintertime you can also go country-skiing, alight ski trail is pretty close. Apartment is located two kilometers from city centre, 11 kilometers from airport and Santa's willage. The closest grocery store is only 200 meters away.

The house is clean, completely renovated from the inside in 2017. In a scenic spot on the banks of the River Tornio. In the summer, there are great opportunities for salmon fishing. Autumn hunting and berry picking opportunities. In winter and spring, great opportunities for snowmobiling, the route runs from the side. Just a 20-minute drive away is the ski resort of Ritavalkea.

Cozy studio located 300m from the center. - Separate entrance - Well equipped small kitchen (including tea, coffee, spices..) - Bathroom - There is a big garden where Your children can play and try out mini skies and sleds, etc. Our family live in the same house but the studio is a separate apartment in the back of the house with a separate entrance.
