House Iris is an independent little townhouse on two floors with a private entrance. Downstairs are the bathroom, the kitchen and the living room with access to the covered terrace. Upstairs are the two bedrooms: the large one with a double bed, the little one with two single beds. As usual in holiday homes, duvet covers and towels are not included in the price, but can be provided for €7.50 per person per week. A Tesla charging station is 5 km away on the highway..

Newly built in 2022, the holiday home with sauna is located in a small holiday park with a total of 9 wooden houses and a guesthouse with 10 rooms on a 4000 m² property in a central location in Hahnenklee overlooking the Bocksberg. A parking space is available for every guest and the town center with numerous restaurants is within a few minutes' walk. The Bocksberg with various leisure activities can be reached both on foot and via a cable car.

Dear guests, Welcome to my cute cottage ❤️The house is located in a great residential area on the border between Kirchditmold, Bad Willhelmshöhe and Vordere Westen.The train station Wilhelmshöhe as well as the Stadthalle (Congress Palais) are within walking distance or easily accessible by tram/bus.The bus/ tram stop, grocery store, taxi, restaurants can be reached in about 5 minutes on foot. Very quiet, great location.

The guest apartment is on the ground floor of a listed half-timbered house, the former Obermühle in Kaufungen. The house is quietly located in the old town center on the river "Losse" , directly on the hiking trails of the Kaufunger Waldes and below the collegiate church. It is a 5 minute walk to the shops and practices of the town center, it takes about 10 minutes to get to the tram.
