Layover Lounge - MCM charmer

Welcome home! Well to our old home;) We loved living here during a recent renovation and are so excited to welcome guests to our newest listing! 10 min to the airport, 20 to Seattle, 30 to Tacoma it’s a great location for every destination! It’s the very spacious upper unit of this home with a smaller AirBnB downstairs. With two units atop one another we put special insulation and drywall in but peaceful cohabitation is a must :). Aside from outdoor space, the 2 units are completely separate.

This suite is conveniently located 3.7 miles from Sea Tac airport and 10 miles to downtown Seattle. It's also close to Old Burien with many restaurants and cafes - 1/2 mile away. This private clean, quiet & spacious room features a queen-sized bed, private 3/4 bath, a large desk, Netflix, and a private entrance with self check in/out. There is also covered parking next to the room. Mini fridge and small microwave included. Not suitable for cooking meals. Parking beyond stay also available.

New Walkway! Beautiful One bedroom apartment nestled on the left side of our home with it’s own entrance and private side yard. Less than 1 mile to the beach, 5 minutes to the airport and 15 minutes to downtown Seattle. Enjoy your private unit in a beautiful quiet neighborhood. The unit has everything you need in the kitchen to eat in during your stay. The living room has a queen size sofa sleeper and a 55" smart tv. The bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed and another 49" smart tv.

Little Red Cottage is a masterfully designed tiny home ideally located in the heart of the island, minutes from shops, restaurants & the beach. You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located house. 3/4 mile distance to charming old town Burien, lots of restaurants and shopping. 5 miles west of Seatac Airport. View of Puget Sound and near beach. The Bean Coffee shop around the immediate corner. This sweet house has all the amenities of home. Easy access to West Seattle and downtown Seattle. Very quiet at nighttime. Absolutely NO PARTIES. Airbnb has a "no party" policy and there are quiet neighbors.

Charming private Vashon beach cottage. Get away from it all, unless you need it all, in which case you'd probably be happier in downtown Seattle. There's beach access and plenty of quiet at night. You can hear the water, the marine life and the birds. Vashon town is about 7 miles. Plenty of restaurants and interesting small shops. Pt. Robinson lighthouse is a short beach walk away. These pictures were taken early summer but some guests enjoy the winter.
