The apartment on the ground floor was completely renovated in 2020 and equipped with new furniture - including a high-quality kitchen. The room concept is extremely flexible. Relax and/ or work remotely (office chair, 24 inch monitor, etc.). The property is on the first line of the sea and is in one of the best locations on Norderney. On approx. 32m² are distributed a hallway, a kitchen, a bathroom, a living room with a fold-away bed and a -extendable - 3-seater sofa.

My place - apartment "Mina" - is close to beach, family-friendly activities, bakeries, restaurants, ferries to Norderney and Juist, surfing/kitesurfing school, Norddeich Mole train station. You'll love my place because of the light, recreation by the sea, coziness, location, sea view over the dyke. My place is good for couples, solo travelers, and families with 1-2 children. You can expect duvets and fresh towels - you don't have to bring anything except anticipation !

Dune Lock 28 right on the beach

The dune loft is just off the upper beach promenade on Wangerooge beach. The gastronomy, shops and a beautiful golf course are only a few minutes' walk away. The apartment currently has to be cleaned by our guests on the day of departure, which does not include the cleaning fee (see additional costs) of 120 EUROS and only the cost of 40 EUROS for bed linen and towels is charged under "Fee for bedding" (information under "additional rules").

Welcome in our house by the sea! In 2019, we completely renovated these beautiful cottage. The rooms are bright, modern and cozy. The organic infrared heater meets the latest standard and makes everything cuddly warm during the cold season. Via the large panoramic window in the living area, you can see the dike and have a wide view over the field. Everything seems wonderfully slowing down.
