Slap af med din familie i vores dejlige sommerhus. Huset ligger i et naturskønt område med gåafstand til børnevenlig strand og skov. Det er et sommerhus på 80 kvm med 2 soveværelser - 1 med dobbeltseng og 1 med to enkeltsenge. Huset er for nylig blevet renoveret og byder nu på et nyere badeværelse og et moderniseret køkkenområde. Generelt er det et lyst og velindrettet hus, som kan tilbyde dig den perfekte atmosfære til et behageligt og afslappende ophold.

Huset er fra 50-erne, og det blev løbende renoveret. Der er en udendørs terrasse, en altan med udsigten over hele byen, en stor have, 2 soveværelser og en stor stue. Stuen befinder sig på 1. etage i en karnap, der er 3 m op til løftet og et kæmpe vinduesparti. Hele familien kan nyde udsigten over byen siddende ved bordet. Indkøbsmuligheder, skov, strand er tæt på, og der er ca 2 km til hesteskolen og byens centrum.

The three-storey beach house has more than earned its name, as it is really right on the beach/ sea. An unique location in the Baltic Sea town of Olpenitz. In addition, there is a large roof terrace with water views. The hot tub and sauna (with Baltic Sea/Beach view) are ideal for relaxing. The fireplace in the lounge room and underfloor heating provide warmth and coziness on cold days.
