The lower floor consists of a kitchen, a large living room and a toilet. The upper floor is located under the roof and consists of three bedrooms and a bathroom. On both floors, an optimally sunny large balcony with wonderful views of the village, on flower meadows and impressive mountains invites you to enjoy and relax.

The Lavouet Cottage

On the heights, 5 minutes from the city center, come and relax in this unique and soothing setting. This return to sources promises you rest and relaxation. Close to everything, but in the most complete calm, you can walk in the heart of the nature. Equipped with indoor dry toilet and bathroom ( no shower but one water point for your daily toilet). Breakfast is delivered to you every morning in a basket.

Le Petite Maison Neuvecelle is a charming village house on the heights of Evian with fenced terrace and south-facing garden. Possibility to bring a motorcycle on the terrace. This pretty atypical house is composed on the ground floor, with an equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a toilet.
