Modern architect design house by the Baltic Sea

Our stunning home was completed in 2013, it is built on a rock overviewing the waterways leading into Stockholm. South aspect with views stretches from east to west. Access to own dock and wood fired sauna by the Baltic Sea. The house has one master bedroom, 2 bedrooms plus a small guesthouse (guest house, bedroom no 4, available summer time only). On the south side of the house there is a massive deck with lounge settings and an open fireplace/BBQ. We are located 30 min from downtown Stockholm.

Light a open fire, take at bath in the hot tub beside the house, listen to the waves and drink a glass wine. Sun-set dining. Dive in the Baltic Sea from the jetty after the hot tub. Watch the ferries and yachts pass by. Close to slalompist in Stockholm. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or take a bus or a ferry. Or take a tour in the archipelago. 1 double kayak and 2 single kayaks are included.

Enjoy 50 m2 houseboat with it’s own sauna and panoramic views of the water. Swim directly from the bedroom. You will have a memorable experience because of the views, the beautiful location, the garden, and the jetty with it’s sundeck. Our boat is suitable for couples who like to surprise or celebrate their partner, adventurers who want to get close to the nature and to still be near Stockholm. A canoe is avalible in summertime. We also offer an add-on spa & wood-heated sauna in eveningtime.

House by the Sea

Njut av havet precis framför huset och slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende. En stor brygga med matbord, loungemöbler, grill, eldplats och en liten gräsmatta omger er. I en separat stuga 5m från detta boende finns en rymlig bastu med havsutsikt. Spa pool finns ca 50 meter från huset I sjöboden finns en säng och en bäddsoffa. Är ni fler än 4 personer så kan ni hyra till ytterligare en stuga för 4 personer Vandringsleder, café, restauranger och mycket annat finns bara10-20 min bort

A big all-year outside jacuzzi, birch wood fire, 5 wood verandas, cozy kitchen, snug living room and beautiful land. 2 mins walk to glacial lake nestled in pine trees. Stay in for the cozy Scandic feel or jump on a bus to be in Stockholm in under 30 mins. Old style meets modern comfort.

Ett perfekt ställe för avkoppling och återhämtning. Finns möjlighet till spa-pool och kallbad för de som vågar. Endast 25 minuter med bil till Stockholm city om man vill utforska staden och 10 minuter till härliga vandringsleder i Tyresta Nationalpark. Vill man städa själv går det bra.

With a few minutes walk you can enjoy a swim in the sea from the cliff,jetty or beach. Here you can take time with ferry, bus or car. Free parking.

Beautiful and spacious townhouse in a safe area with nice interior and a big roof top terrace with 360 panorama view and a big hot tube. The area (Tollare) is very safe and whilst you're only a 15 minute drive from the city and with great communication you live very close to both the sea and big parks. The house was built 2018 in a modern but still classic Scandinavian design. The house is 200 SQM distributed over four floors.
