My accommodation is close to the village (1.5 km), perfect for couples and families with 2 or 3 children or with friends of 5 adults. On a plot and flower gardens of 2000 m² fully enclosed with gate. Carefully renovated and rated 3 stars. WIFI heated SWIMMING POOL access from May to September 1 hour to the Ardèche or Vercors gorges. Wine Route, Cote du Rhone, Châteaux de la Drome, town of Nyons, Nougats de Montélimar, Provencal landscapes, roads lined with lavender and olive trees.

Maison sans vis-a vis se trouve à 700m de superbe village. Piscine chauffée mai-octobre ,bâche de protection a tirer si besoin. 8 km de Nyons. Idéal comme point du départ - balades superbes et sites touristique exceptionnels à visiter à proximité . Rivière., vue sur les collines . Climatisation réversible dans chambre en étage et dysons , ventilateurs / purificateurs l'air, je serai discrètement sur place-dans studio ( derrière la maison) avec nos setters gentils . My place is close to family-friendly activities. The house is perfect for couples, families (with children).There is the crocodile farm (5 km),the grignan castle (20 km),the gorges of the Ardèche(20 km), leisure base with its beach ( 2 km), water ski lift (5 km). Mosquito net at the window. swing , plastic hut, slide and an above ground pool.Private parking The neighborhood is very quiet so party prohibited.

Surrounded by trees and with a green wall; it stays cool even when temperatures rise. You have, if needed, a fan in the bedroom above the bed and another to position to cool off. There is a HOT TUB from June 30 to September 15. It is located a 3-minute walk from the Ardèche River. I provide bed linen, towels, toilet paper, shower gel, garbage bags, sponge and dish soap, dish towel, salt and pepper.
