It is a traditional house located on the edge of the village overlooking the highest peaks of the peninsula, the Mulhacén 3482 and the Veleta. I look with your mobility capacity as there are many slopes in the village and stairs in the house. During summer on the "terrace" there can be flies and smells to cattle as there is a cabreriza nearby. You can park or use for loading and unloading the small parking of the Espeñuelas that stays 15 meters from the house but first make sure they can drive .

Beautiful and modern house, in a very quiet area with very few neighbors. Light streams into the spacious living room from dawn, as it faces the rising sun.The natural plants create a cozy atmosphere. The urbanization is located on the outskirts of the town and breathes an atmosphere of tranquility. 5 min. to the village, Lidl supermarket and the highway, 10 min. to Granada and the Alhambra, 30 min. to the coast and 30 min. to Sierra Nevada. 10 min. to Nevada Mall and PTS.

The house has two floors and an outdoor patio with a small pool, just for you. The downstairs is open layout with living room, kitchen, small toilet, and patio. Upstairs are the bedrooms and the full bathroom. There are hiking trails 5min walk from the accommodation.

El mayor atractivo de la casa es su situación, con unas vistas impresionantes al Parque Nacional de Sierra Nevada y al embalse de Canales. Está muy bien comunicada con el centro de Granada y la estación de esquí de Sierra Nevada, solo a media hora conduciendo. Sobre las mascotas, se admiten pero pagando un suplemento de 30€ por una mascota a parte de la reserva, consultar con los anfitriones.
