Forget your worries in this bright and cozy space—an ideal holiday stay for a couple. Great location! Situated close to Reagan's Park, this 52m2 flat is a comfortable 15-minute walk to the beach and has great transport links to the city centre. Tram and bus stops are just outside and the SKM train station is only 15 minutes away on foot. A stone's throw away there's a large shopping centre with a supermarket, a variety of shops, coffee shops and food outlets. 4th floor with access via stairs.
