Idyllic Storvik is a small village at the end of Nordland coast in the middle of Saltstraumen and Svartisen. The surroundings are oceans, mountains, sandy beach and fishing waters. Here you can stay in the old grend school that we in our family have converted into a modern apartment. There are several marked hiking trails in the area. They range from very light, to more advanced trips for real "mountain goats". If you would rather relax on the beach and enjoy nature in the distance it is fully possible from the 1.5 km long sandy beach.

Welcome to Gården, a large and charming house with plenty of space for many guests. The house has been renovated and refurbished in recent years and is both cozy and comfortable. The property is a short walk from the sea in a rural and idyllic setting on Offersøya just outside Sandnessjøen. Gode mulighet til fjellturer, både enkle og mer krevende. Kajakkpadling. Huset er fra 1800-tallet, men renovert og nytt bad m dusj i 2017. Opprinnelig stabbur, har vært bolig siden 1946, og har beholdt noe av det opprinnelige preget. Utstyrt for enkel matlaging, med hybelkomfyr. Elbillading bare etter avtale på forhånd.

Daily connection with the mainland by ferry or local boat to/from Ørnes and express boat to/from Bodø/Sandnessjøen. You may observe the amazing Northern Light from September.

Direct proximity to lakes, river, mountains, hiking trails, mushrooms, berries, fishing and hunting. 10 min walk to Drottningleden, 8 km to Hemavan (shopping mall, restaurants, pubs, bathhouse, café etc.) Direct connection to the scooter joint. Helicopters are found in the area, perfect if you want to quickly reach magical fishing and hunting fields up in the mountains.

Clean and quiet rooms

Our rooms have a great view - close to E6, hiking areas, grocery stores and 2,5 km to the railway station. "Sjøgata" in the center of centre of Mosjøen is worth seeing! You will love my place because of clean and comfy beds - nice people - quiet surroundings and easy acess.
