Our apartment is located in an apartment building in the forest- and water-richest district of Berlin (Köpenick). We offer you an apartment in Berlin-Friedrichshagen directly on the Müggelspree about 500m before the Müggelsee. The apartment can accommodate 2 persons with child. Pets allowed. The apartment consists of a large room with 6 windows that allow a beautiful view. The kitchenette with dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave invites you to cook. We also offer a seating area with TV, a separate work area with desk, and Internet access. The bedroom with double bed (linen & towels are provided) is under the roof. The apartment includes a modern shower room. After a 5-minute walk you are already in the historic Bölschestraße, which invites you to a leisurely stroll with more than 100 shops, a cinema (in summer also open-air cinema) and restaurants. A fast supply of food is ensured with supermarkets within walking distance. You can explore the surrounding area by bike or start a small or large excursion through the Spreetunnel. At Müggelsee, you have the opportunity to explore and enjoy the surroundings from the water with various motor ships. By tram you can reach the old town of Köpenick in about 15 minutes, where you can visit the famous Köpenick Town Hall with its Ratskeller and the completely renovated castle with current art exhibitions. From the Friedrichshagen S-Bahn station (15 minutes by foot or tram), you can immerse yourself in the hustle and bustle of Berlin after just 30 minutes.

It isn't big, but has all the comforts to be without fancy. The cottage is charming and old. The center of Berlin and Potsdam are quickly reached. Private access, balcony with water view, terrace and garden around. Living room with kitchen, bathtub, bedroom and extra sleeping space for an extra charge on the sofa bed. No designer tiny house with standard Ikea furniture. We live next door, so never an access or key problem. We are on the wall path. Also pets are welcome.

Our place is close to Berlin-Brandenburg Airport. Tesla Gigafactory is about 20 minutes by car (16 km). There is a great lake view with immediate proximity to the forest. Our place is good for couples, business travelers, and families (with kids). The living space is 130 square meters. It is 1 km to the nearest supermarket and about 20 min. by car to the center of Berlin. Great connection to BVG. The center can be reached in about 45 min. by public transport.
