Villa Aruanda. Located in the exclusive Cond. Outeiro das Brisas on Praia do Espelho, our Villa is in front of the golf course. Our 4 charming suites are equipped with king size beds, 300 wire sheets from Emporium Bud, desk for home office, Nespresso coffee maker, safe, air conditioning, among others. Our bathrooms are equipped with solar heating. The kitchen has 2 refrigerators, a brewery, an ice machine, a wine cellar, a wood-burning stove, etc. Area with barbecue and pizza oven. Beautiful pool and garden.

New house in the Monte das Oliveiras resort 2.5km to the center of the historical village of Arraial d'Ajuda. Perfect location for digital nomads or families that are looking for a peaceful and relaxing environment at a walking distance to the beach (10 minutes). The resort has 2 wide swimming pools, sauna, hammocks, barbecue spots and tables between the pools. The access to the beach is done via an ecological trail that passes through the top of a cliff from which you can enjoy fabulous views.

House 4 Suites, High Standard, in Arraial, 30 m Beach

Excellent house, high standard, new, only 30 m from the beach, located in the best neighborhood of Arraial D'ajuda , in front of one of the best beach stalls in the city ( owl and Sting ). Our house is all air-conditioned, has 4 en-suites ( 3 with king bed and 1 with 2 single beds) all with TV and air conditioner. On the ground floor we have a full kitchen, integrated into a beautiful living and dining room and a beautiful balcony with a table of 08 seats that is next to the pool area.

If you were able to book this space treat, in this amazing location, feel lucky. Ed, our beloved pet English, will be traveling on those days, and you'll be able to enjoy everything it offers. Complete and comfortable, delivers much more than it looks like: outdoor shower, hammock, 50"TV, air conditioning, oven, queen bed with canopy, and the super parking in the mouth of the Square, on fully wooded street. Really, a pearl with great value.
