The bedroom is east facing with sun in the morning and the living room and kitchen, southwest facing, are very bright all day. Nice 75 m2 fishing house, by the water, located at the short point, small Sétois port. It is a typical neighborhood, with its colorful houses, small alleys, on the edge of the Thau pond. It has a very relaxing atmosphere and a warm atmosphere. No traffic, a large parking lot located at the entrance of this small fishing village.
