"Seas The Moment" - The Commodore Suite

Situated under ten minutes drive to City, Beach, Golf Course, Airport. Overlooks the sea, mountains, beach. The Commodore Suite, situated on the entrance level of our house, is sunny, very warm, light and airy. One bedroom, bathroom, living area & kitchenette with 2 hobs, microwave, slow cooker, air fryer and bench top grill. BBQ available on the upper deck as is use of that deck. Washer and dryer available in our living area which guests always welcome to use. Not suitable for children.

We have two rooms available, both of which you will have to yourselves on booking. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and the other in the main area has a King size bed. The apartment is bright, spacious and welcoming, with its own access and large sunny deck area and is perfect for couples. People love staying here! Nelson city centre is a pleasant 15 minutes walk along the clear Brook stream. Mountainbike and walking trails are 500m away. The wildlife sanctuary is 2km up the road. We can help outdoor enthusiasts plan their time here and are happy to safely store expensive bikes. Private, comfortable place right next door to MTB and walking trails!

Nile Street studio.

Central Nelson self-contained studio in quiet area, 1 block from the botanical garden, art gallery and a short walk from town centre, bars and restaurants. Own entrance, off street parking. 15mins from the airport. We have just finished extensions to the house although this does not affect the studio space, the driveway and landscaping have yet to be completed.
