My home is a beautiful 3-bedroom, American Foursquare Craftsman style home, built in 1913, and furnished in period Arts and Crafts / Mission style. It is situated directly across the street from the historic Riverside Park and the White River, and minutes from the Indy 500 and the city's best attractions. The The Old Northside Bed & Breakfast is located in the middle of the historic Old Northside neighborhood in Indianapolis, listed in the historic register as the Dewenter-Greenen House, built in 1885 by industrialist Herman Dewenter. Local businessman Gary Hofmeister acquired the house in 1994 to make it into a luxury Bed & Breakfast worthy of its history and lineage. Booking will place you in either our Hollywood Room on the 2nd floor, Dewenter Room on the 2nd floor, or Rose Garden (3rd Floor)

Guests fail to read the entire listing so please do. Ruoff Music Center-12 min, downtown-20 min, Convention center-25 min, Grand Park-25 min, Airport-35 min. Fishers Event Center-8 min. Apt has its own separate entrance w/keyless lock. Our place is good for couples/solo/business travelers/families w/small kids. WE DO NOT RENT TO LOCALS.
