Independent holiday home located in the middle of the green San Bartolo National Park and looking at the blue of the Adriatic sea, the house is a welcoming and comfortable home of 100 square meters, perfect for people who love being in nature and relaxing looking at a spectacular view that goes from the Appennini to the sea. The house, an old fishermen’s house which have been recently refurbished, is close to the village of Casteldimezzo and the characteristic village of Fiorenzuola di Focara.

The apartment is suitable for both families and singles who love the sea, because having breakfast on a beachfront terrace is priceless!! It is located near the Regional Hospital of Torrette and the Polytechnic University of the Marche Faculty of Medicine within walking distance. It is 7 minutes from Ancona train station and downtown and 10 minutes from Porto. The airport can be reached in 13 minutes and in 22 minutes we reach the fantastic Conero Riviera!
