New independent studio. ChateauxLoire

In Savonnières, located in the perimeter of the Loire Valley, a UNESCO World Heritage site. In the heart of the Châteaux de la Loire region, in a charming village. The accommodation is new, located in an outbuilding of our house. Equipped kitchen (hotplates, oven, fridge, coffee machine... and washing machine), sofa bed for two people, a third bed for one child can be added, TV, bathroom with shower. The studio is decorated like our house, that is to say a mixture of industrial, recovery with some original touches. Our visitors can enjoy the garden, its living room, barbecue, our bicycles and also our chatter (restaurants, visits, wines...). We will be happy to help you have a pleasant stay in the Châteaux de la Loire region. Our house is not served by public transportation. Also, it is rather suitable for cycling tourists or travellers. Here are some ideas for activities to do nearby : discover the Loire by bike, visit the Chateaux de Villandry, Azay le Rideau.... Local shops in the village.

Refurbished in September 2018, in an exceptional second empire building, and in a large park. Garden tables and chairs at your disposal. This building includes two cottages, each with independent entrance, located on the first floor of the north and south wings. (see ratings on the other listing, a little older) The location is close to Tours, but in the countryside, ideal for visiting the castles, 3 minutes from the Golf de Touraine. The apartment is quiet and clear.
