This garage apartment has a living room, one bedroom (queen bed) that can be converted into 2 bedroom with a futon (full size) that is on the location and full bath. This apartment is very nice, clean, well kept, and comfortable inside. A refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker/coffee, as well as plasticware, paper plates and paper towels are provided. NO cooktop NO kitchen. Owners are on location. NO PETS ALLOWED. Travel to Kyle Field, depending on gameday traffic closer to CS, is 35-40 minutes

Aggie Game-Day Cozy Country Cabin w/ full porch

Our cabin holds a special meaning to Julie and I. We poured our hearts n souls into the cabin to make it special. The interior wood finishes were extract by us n came from an old dairy barn. We gave the wood new life for many years to come. We hope you take time to notice the character of the wood and enjoy. NO PETS ALLOWED. Travel time to Kyle Field is 35-40 depending on gameday traffic the closer you get to College Station.
