Perfect Location! Our lovely, cozy, newly refurbished 4-bedroom apartment (140m2) is located in the city center, arguably off the most beautiful street of Funchal. The apartment is in front of Savoy Palace hotel and just a few steps away from the most beautiful park of the city, Parque Santa Catarina From there, everything in Funchal is in a walking distance. So in principle you don't need a car, which is rare for Madeira. But if you do, two parking places are at your disposal in our garage.

Walking distance to all amenities like the Market, Funchal Town, Harbor ,supermarkets, tourist attractions etc... The Apartments are modern apartment with a private balcony and beautiful views, ideal for any family, work getaways or anyone really. This specific apartment has a big window in the main bedroom so you have a beautiful view of the ocean when lying on the bed. It also has black out curtains. It has two private bedrooms that both have bathrooms and a sofa bed in the living room.

Very spacious and well decorated two bedroom apartment, a large private terrace (60 m2) to enjoy sun bathing & peaceful outdoor evenings, while appreciating the sound of the waves. Located only two minutes away from the Forum shopping center, pharmacies and the natural pools. There is a bus stop a few meters away. it is closely to restaurants and coffee shops. Extremely well located, ideal for those who enjoy strolling along the promenade & appreciate the view of wonderful surroundings.

Spacious and well lit apartment, located in the heart of the city and close to many points of interest. There's a coffee shop/restaurant in front of the building's entrance and a tea house close by, perfect for breakfasts and lunches. We have the two existing apartments on the floor, appropriate for 2 groups who want to stay close to each other but separated at the same time Ideal for watching the end of the year's fireworks and for people who like to jog and/or walk along the sea.

The cozy and completely renovated apartment is ideal for couples who want to visit and enjoy the great Madeira Island. Located in Canico de Baixo, with a great balcony and a nice view, close to the public beach of Reis Magos. In walking distance you will find restaurants, bars, mini-markets, a bakery and car rental. The bus stop to Funchal (main city) is two minutes walk-distance and the airport 10/15 minutes by car. For any advice or help you can contact me at any time.
