This listing is for the entire seven bedroom property with gorgeous sea-facing balcony. The beach is at the bottom of the road (150m away) and we are on the edge of the Gower Peninsula (AONB). Mumbles Village with seaside restaurants and family-friendly activities is just 10-mins walk.

Sandtops cottage is a self contained 2 bedroom 2 bathroom cottage on one level to the rear of our family home in Penally with private terrace, hot tub, sky tv, wifi, parking and a few minutes walk from the beach. Penally is a picture postcard village, with 2 pubs and restaurants, a railway station an hourly bus service and just a few minutes drive to Tenby or a 20 minute walk along Tenby's South Beach. We welcome well behave dogs as we have 2 of our own.

Langland View is a delightful cottage 50 meters from Langland Bay Golf Club, 150 meters from Langland Bay, the Langland Brasserie, the municipal tennis courts and the coastal paths. The house is family-friendly, dog friendly and great for friends to get together, but please no loud parties.
