Downtown can be reached in just under 10 minutes by bike. University, bus connection, supermarket, pharmacy and bakery are only 5 minutes away (on foot). The newly expanded apartment is entered through a separate entrance. It can accommodate 2 guests, has a living/sleeping room, a pantry kitchen and a modern bathroom with a large shower. A storage facility for bicycles/e-bikes is available.

The 35qm apartment is perfectly located in the requested area called "Rotes Feld" close to the university, the "Kurpark", the city center, Vienna Cafe, ALDI and biological market. All destinations can easily be reached by foot, you could as well rent a bike (5 € per day).
