The very large balcony (about 3x7m) with a west orientation has a high leisure and recreational value, especially in the evening. Our house is idyllically located in the outskirts of a well-kept Lübbener suburb. Lübben as a gateway to the Upper and Unterspreewald is an excellent starting point for excursions in both regions.
