cosy little house 30 min from city centre Vienna

The area is save and very traffic poor and there are enough parking possibilities in front of the house or in front of my garage within the compound. It's exactly 30 minutes drive from my house to the city centre of Vienna. You have a nice little garden with a set of chairs and a barbecue grill in front of your door and herbs, veggies, fruits. You will enjoy staying in Mödling with all its beautifull forests whilse being so close to city centre and airport and 10 min walk from public transport

Colourful 2.5 Bedroom With Large Balcony & Garden.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. We created this space so that we can share it with you, to spend time in our homely designed rooms and enjoy the peace around nature in the large natural garden. There are 5 separate beds ( 1 double and 3 single) + a large sleeping Sofa in 2.5 seperate rooms. One room is 2 in one with a walk-through. We have a FULL KITCHEN with dining, microwave, fridge, dish washer &dishes etc. There is a grilling space outside if the weather is good.

The couch is extendable and usable as an emergency bed ( child) The adjoining garden of 5000 m², with its therapeutic energies, brings you into your balance. The forest about 80 m away invites you for walks, so your soul can recharge. Feel free to use the swimming pool - seasonal. The hot tub is seasonal for fee. Small private room in my apartment

The very centrally located apartment, inhabited by me, with the small room is on the 4th floor without a lift! (100 stair steps). But you can walk to the city center, town hall, parliament, opera, ring road, university, etc. in about 10-15 minutes. The price per night is for 1 person. I will be personally present upon arrival and hand over the key.
