All apartment in the Black Forest!

The apartment is located on the 1st floor. My parents (Rolf & Birgit) live in the lower apartment, warmly welcome all guests and make the check-in. The accommodation can only be booked without pets. Absolutely NO smoking inside the house! Smoking allowed on the balcony (close balcony door!). After consultation with my parents, the barbecue area and the garden can be used. My parents are also happy to have contact with the guests. There are some board games and similar available in the apartment.

Cosy little appartment with parking place

The cosy little appartment ist located only 3 minutes from highway A81 at the main street of Empfingen.There is a lot of traffic noise during the working days (windows with noise protection!). About 1 hour to the lake of Constance, 50 minutes to Stuttgart. 12 Minutes to the historic town Horb.About 35 minutes to Tübingen and Rottenburg. In our village there are two bakeries, a butcher's shop, 4 restaurants and 2 supermarkets. The parking place is situated about 5m from Appartments Entrance.

The detached apartment is newly decorated and has a separate entrance. The location is very quiet and right near the Neckar Valley. Playground for children (max. 2) offers a large garden around the house. Barbecues are available on request. Lockable rooms are available for cyclists. In Sulz a.N. (2km) there are some leisure activities, e.g. an outdoor swimming pool, ice cream parlours, café, bicycle and hiking trails, castle café and local museum in Glatt as well as mini golf.

The "Lerchennest" is located separately on the upper floor of our quaint half-timbered house anno 1890. The small town of Aach is only a 5-minute drive from Freudenstadt and offers the ideal base for discovering the Black Forest.
