My Happy Place - Gorgeous and Great Location!

This is a truly adorable home that is STRICTLY NON-SMOKING, very family-friendly, and pet-friendly! It's been recently renovated and has 3 bedrooms (2 upstairs and 1 downstairs) and 1.5 bathrooms (both downstairs). It has a lovely conservatory that functions as a family dining room. It has a new furnace as well as new central air conditioning. Excellent WiFi with live streaming for television. It also includes bikes and beach gear for use, a washer and dryer, and a portable fire pit.

Wooded trails in back yard. 15 minutes from downtown TC and public beaches. Attached deck area with gas grill and large back yard with fire pit. Children and well mannered dogs are welcome.
