A cottage right by the Orava dam with a unique sauna is part of Slovak cultural heritage and thus protected. Fishing, swimming, boating, horse riding, hiking or just relaxing under the trees with the view of "Birds island" with more than 2000 birds or "Slanica island" with a gallery on it. Two apartments, a modern bathroom, and a big living room with a fully equipped kitchen. The house is 150+years old - it is cozy, freshly reconstructed, and well-maintained & equipped. The house is located in the beautiful Orawa region of Lesser Poland, overlooking the Tatras and Babia Góra. The location makes it an excellent starting point for places like Zakopane, Białka and Bukowina Tatrzańska, Chochołów, Rabka Zdrój, Zawoja, Krakow and the towns in Slovakia. It is a tourist-friendly region throughout the year. A great place for winter and summer sports, as well as the opportunity to enjoy many of the surrounding thermal pools.
